Manini are one of the most abundant surgeonfish youʻll find on the reefs of Hawaiʻi. Even though the Manini is more plentiful than other fish; a pono fisher still leaves fish for tomorrow. We want the reef to be bountiful for the generations to come. So please remember, e lawaiʻa pono.
